I work with women who want to approach property strategically,
filtering out what doesn’t matter and positioning themselves properly from the start.

When you are the sole decision-maker, the way you see things, how you position yourself, and the options you create from here matter.

Each move should widen your options, not narrow them.

Strategic property guidance for women making considered, long-term decisions.

How I Work

I provide structured, strategic guidance from early direction-setting through to purchase.

We begin by defining what the right property needs to achieve over the long term. Not simply what looks appealing today, but what holds up over time.

From there, I identify and assess suitable opportunities across Melbourne,
filter out what doesn’t matter, and represent you through negotiation or auction.

My role is to act solely in your interest. There is no selling and no competing agenda, only clear judgement and market insight.

The objective is not simply to secure a property, but to secure the right one. One that strengthens your position and expands your options.

Designed to remove noise, reduce risk, and ensure each decision builds forward.

About Me

My approach to property has been shaped by lived experience, responsibility, and the need to make decisions that hold up over time.

Becoming a mother sharpened that perspective. During a period of rebuilding life on my own, I learned how important it is to filter out noise, trust your judgement, and make property decisions anchored in clarity rather than consensus.

When you are responsible not just for yourself, but for someone else’s future, strategy is not optional. Long-term security becomes non-negotiable.

Navigating property independently reinforced this further. It revealed a consistent pattern: women are often underestimated in property decisions, and too rarely supported to position themselves with clarity and confidence.

That realisation sits at the heart of my work and the philosophy behind Invest Like Her. A belief in positioning over urgency, clarity over noise, and that small, well-made decisions compound over time.
